Here you will find some useful information to help you get the most of your membership. The more active you are in the community, the more you will reap the benefits that HerSpace provides.

We have our own HerSpace whatsApp community that members only are able to join. It is completely optional to do so, but provides those looking for another way to get to know members an avenue for conversation. We have our main community with announcements re last minute tickets or asking for votes on events, and then there are sub-groups for each of our Spaces that you can join, plus some additional chats for our book clubs, monthly walk and unites events. 

The link for this community group is below. We encourage members to contribute to conversation, particularly if someone has asked a question. A member of the HerSpace team is in each group to ensure that there are only members joining and to keep the group safe, but it really is for members to get to know others and their local community.

Please note that on joining the community, you are consenting for other members to be able to view your contact information. 

Where can I find my orders?

You can find your orders by clicking on the drop down tab with your name in, and navigating to My Bookings. Your orders will show here, including any refunds you have received.

I can’t attend an event anymore. How do I let you know and can I get a refund?

Please just complete the ‘Cancel An Event’ form to let the event organiser know. You can find information about our cancellation policy on the Cancel A Ticket page.

How do I update my card details?

Please navigate to ‘My Account’, where you will find details of your membership plan and the option to update your billing information.

How do I see who else is attending an event?

Please navigate to the ‘Event Register’ where you will see the list of members attending events. To help learn names or recognise faces, you can search for members on the member directory. Please make sure ‘Your Profile’  is up to date so that other members can find you! 

I am not showing on the event register for an event I have booked?

If you are not showing on the attendance for an event, it might be that you have booked a ticket using a different email address to the one that you have signed up to membership with. Please try to use just one email address for HerSpace orders.

I am nervous about attending my first event..How can you help?

We know that it can be dauting attending your first event, but everyone has been in the same position as you at one point, so we are a very welcoming bunch! Our Event Hosts are always at events at least 15 minutes before they start, so feel free to come along to the event a bit earlier to chat with them. They will introduce you to another member who has been active for a while (HerSpace Ambassador) who will make you feel at ease and answer any of your questions throughout the event!
