HerSpace –
Review from Book Club Meeting:
Some ladies admitted that despite this not being a book they would normally read, they have enjoyed it immensely and couldn’t put it down.
To me this is the essence of book club! Getting to know new genres and authors, and just giving it a go.
“The invisible life of Addie LaRue” was a beautifully written and thought provoking piece. We spent some time discussing the complexity of characters and the idea of eternal life and belonging. Not to be too positive, we thought the book was a little long, however some of us enjoyed the cut scenes to the history of Addie and loved the book even more for them.
The HerSpace Book Club has given this book 4.4 stars!!!
