Mindful Wellbeing Session- Northwich.

Join us as we take the opportunity to be out in nature, guided through a series of simple but powerful breathing exercises and nervous system regulation tools to find relaxation and inner calm. You will also experience mindfulness practices that connect you deeply with yourself and nature, leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded, inspired and energised.

This session will be led by Cathy Ballard, Conscious Breathwork Facilitator.

Cathy will be leading a more in-depth breathwork workshop for us in early October, so this is a great introduction if you are interested in learning more but is equally an excellent standalone class if you are new to this type of wellbeing practice.
